Yet another crazy whirlwind of a time coming up, starting at 4am tomorrow where I and a number of my family will be travelling up to Hamilton for the Tainui Waka Regional Kapa Haka Competition. Then I have to get a ride back to New Plymouth in time for my 10am flight to Gisborne via Auckland for the Regional Study Session of Democracy in the Pacific that is a week long conference. Things that I will have to have completed for the conference is a 5min presentation on my organisation and activities that I am involved in, also find 2 small gifts of my culture to give to others, also teaching a song/dance/game from my community/culture to other participants of the conference.
Then I fly to Wellington from Gisborne after the conference for a 12hour workday for my course on Self-Expression and Leadership. Then I have to find a way back home to Taranaki to resume work on the following Moday where we are trying to get things ready in time for the Puanga Kai Rau hui on the first weekend of May.

Don't mind me. I'm just going to lie-down and stare blankly at the paint that is peeling off my mould-ridden ceiling...
